Additional Terms for Sessions + Training Classes

Cost

Clients agree to pay the total cost for training at the time of registration. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are offered.

Termination of Training

We reserve the right to refuse admission to or terminate training for individuals who engage in unethical or disruptive behavior, without refunding the training fee.

Copyright Ownership

Provider owns all copyrights to materials created as a result of the services provided. Materials are for personal learning only and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior consent.

Privacy of Training Material

Clients agree to maintain the privacy of training materials and not share them with unauthorized individuals. Violation of this rule may result in consequences.

Social Media

Clients may share photos or insights from training on social media, tagging relevant accounts and crediting teachers appropriately.

Limit of Liability

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Provider for any injury, property damage, or liability arising from the services provided.
