Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.hudsonmindbodyspirit.mykajabi.com website (the "Service") operated by Hudson Reiki LLC dba Hudson Mind Body Spirit ("us", "we", or “our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Cost. Client agrees to pay the total cost ("Total Cost") for the training, due in full at the time of registration.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not refund or offer exchanges on courses, downloadable materials, or workshops.

Termination of Training

Lindsey Guttilla reserves the right to refuse admission to any Training or to terminate your training at any time during the Training, without refunding the Training Fee, in cases where, in the reasonable opinion of Lindsey Guttilla, you behave in an unethical, inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable manner and/or engage in misconduct, or obstructive behavior, including but not limited to disrupting the group dynamic, acting out, drug or alcohol abuse, sabotage of the Training in ways such as grooming other people to denigrate the training or deliberate instigation of

negative gossip about either the teachers or other participants.

This is vital for the health of the training to be preserved.

If you have a concern about the content of the training or other participants, please raise it directly with Lindsey Guttilla and not in clique culture. Lindsey may be contacted directly at lindsey@hudsonmindbodyspirit.com

Copyright Ownership

In the event that any copyrighted work(s) are created as a result of the Services provided by

Provider in accordance with this Agreement, Provider owns all copyrights in any and all work(s) it creates or produces pursuant to federal copyright law (Title 17, Chapter 2, Section 201-02 of the United States Code), whether registered or unregistered.

The copyright and any other intellectual property rights in all materials and DCMP Training content made available to you relating to the ‘Hudson Mind Body Spirit Methodology’, including all written documents and other materials in any form distributed by Lindsey Guttilla and including but not limited to the Training materials (together the "Materials”) are owned and controlled by Lindsey Guttilla and are to be used exclusively for your personal learning only and are not to be reproduced, replicated, distributed or otherwise utilized as a platform for being a teacher of teachers without prior written consent from Lindsey Guttilla.

Privacy of Training Material:

I agree not to share and maintain the privacy of the teacher training material (zoom links to live online training sessions, recording links, audio, picture, video, text, print, closed or any other digital/non-digital format) provided by Lindsey Guttilla or Hudson Mind Body Spirit.

These materials are not to be shared at any time with any person who is not a part of the Divine Mediumship Method training program in any format (print/copy/fax/email/link/audio/video/paper/or any other digital or non-digital format).

As part of the breaking of this rule, I am subject to authoritative, administrative, and legal consequences.

Social Media:

Where it is permissible and appropriate to share photos or insights within the training on your social media: The client agrees to tag @hudsonmindbodyspirit and @lindseyguttilla add appropriate location tags (Hudson Mind Body Spirit), and to credit where and whom you are learning from, where you have received this information, and credit your teachers by using their names and/or social media tags.

Limit of Liability:

Indemnification. Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Provider and its affiliates, employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to Services and/or product(s) Provider provides to Client.
